GeeseTrace Intake is building a referral database of qualified attorneys who may be interested in reviewing potential music copyright infringement matters involving unauthorized commercial uses of music on social media. Attorneys may submit their information for consideration.
Submitting this form does not guarantee inclusion in the referral database, receipt of referrals, or any attorney-client relationship with GeeseTrace Intake users. GeeseTrace Intake may review, approve, deny, or remove attorney profiles at its discretion.
§ Referral Fee
The referral fee for both attorneys and music rights holders utilizing GeeseTrace Intake is a 30% contingency fee of the final legal outcome of any Copyright Claims Board (CCB) or Federal Court case brought forward from this platform, payable only if the winning party recovers. No recovery, no fee.
