§ How It Works

Build the file. Preserve the proof. Start the review.

Six intake steps. One organized case file. A referral pipeline for qualified copyright counsel.

01
Who Owns the Rights?

Rights holder identity — artist, songwriter, producer, label, publisher, manager, attorney, or other. Contact, entity, state, preferred method.

02
Identify the Track

Title, credits, ISRC/ISWC, PRO, release date, DSP links. This is the object of the rights.

03
Map the Ownership

What you own or control — master, composition, publishing, admin, label rights — with percentages, co-owners, and registration.

04
Capture the Use

Platform, post URL, business, handle, location, business type, description of the commercial use.

05
Upload the Receipts

Screenshots, screen recordings, and post URLs — preserved in a private encrypted store tied to your matter.

06
Submit for Review

Required acknowledgements, then submission. Status updates land in your dashboard.

§ Attorney Fees

Attorney fees are set by the attorney, not by GeeseTrace Intake

If your matter is referred to a qualified attorney and you choose to pursue legal representation, any attorney fees or engagement terms — hourly, flat fee, contingency, hybrid, or otherwise — will be determined solely between you and that attorney. GeeseTrace Intake does not set, negotiate, or receive attorney fees and is not a party to any attorney-client agreement.

Ready when you are.
